Delicious Fish with Aioli Sauce!

 

Ingredients:

- 4 fish fillets (sea bass, salmon, sole, mackerel or according to your preference)

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 2 cloves of garlic (crushed or chopped)

- Juice of 1 lemon

- 1 teaspoon of salt

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 3 tablespoons Saucella Aioli Sauce

- 1 lemon slices (for serving)

- Fresh parsley or dill (for serving)

How to prepare:

1. Start preheating the oven to 200°C (180°C fan oven).

2. Prepare the marination sauce by mixing olive oil, crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and optional spices such as dried thyme or rosemary in a mixing bowl.

3. Place the fish fillets on a baking tray or in a glass baking dish.

4. Apply the marination sauce you prepared evenly on both sides of the fish fillets. Sauce the fish fillets thoroughly.

5. Place lemon slices on the fish fillets.

6. Place the baking tray in the oven and bake the fish in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. When the flesh of the fish turns white and cracks easily, it means it is cooked. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness and type of fish, so be careful.

7. Take the fish out of the oven onto serving plates, sprinkle Saucella Aioli Sauce, fresh parsley and dill on them and serve hot.
